No contracts are concluded through the website. We prepare each offer individually after a free consultation, which is why we don't publish prices on the website.
Earnings calculator
The calculator's results are estimates of gross revenue before commissions and costs. They are based on publicly available market data (AirDNA, AirROI), overnight-stay data from the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia and, for Ljubljana, the results of the rentals we manage. An estimate is not a guarantee of earnings and is not an offer. Actual revenue depends on the individual rental, the market and other circumstances.
